Conditions for participating in the association:

  • Pay a monthly or annual subscription depending on the membership category
  1. Active member – Silver 50 Saudi riyals per month – 21,424 Nigerian naira – 13.33 US dollars
  2. Active Member – Gold 100 Saudi Riyals per month – 42,847 Nigerian Naira – $26.66 USD
  3. Active Member – Bronze 200 Saudi Riyals per month – 85,694 Nigerian Naira – $53.33 USD
  • Cooperating with the association and its employees to achieve its goals.
  • Not to do anything that would cause harm to the association.
  • Commitment to the decisions of the General Assembly.
  • He has experience in charitable work or financial, administrative or technical matters.
  • He must be of Nigerian nationality. Non-Nigerians can apply for membership and the Board of Directors decides.
  • He must have completed eighteen years of age.
  • To have full legal capacity.
  • To be of good conduct and behavior.
  • Must have a secondary school qualification or higher.
  • He must not have been convicted of a crime prejudicial to honor or trust unless he has been rehabilitated.

What is a working member entitled to?

  • Participation in the association’s activities.
  • Viewing the association’s documents and documents, including the decisions issued by the association, whether by the General Assembly, the Board of Directors, the Executive Director, or others.
  • Reviewing the general budget of the association and its annexes at the association’s headquarters and sufficient time before presenting it to the general assembly.
  • Attending the General Assembly.
  • Voting on the decisions of the General Assembly if he spends six months from the date of joining the Assembly.
    Receive basic information about the association’s activities periodically.
  • Reviewing the minutes and financial documents at the association’s headquarters.
  • Inviting the General Assembly to hold an extraordinary meeting in solidarity with 25% of the members who have the right to attend the General Assembly.
    The member may address the association with a letter issued by him and addressed to the Board of Directors, and the association may address the member with a letter issued by the Board of Directors or from someone authorized by the Council, delivered to the member personally, or sent to him via any of his addresses registered in the membership register.
  • Delegation in writing to one of the members to represent him in attendance at the General Assembly.
    Nomination for membership in the Board of Directors, after a period of no less than six months from the date of joining the association and paying the subscription.
  • The working member may address the association via any available means, and the Board of Directors or its authorized representative must provide the answer via the same means or via his address registered in the membership register.
